Installation costs
SA Fibre typically costs R2890 (including free-to-use WiFi router) to install and activate for new installations (T’s & C’s apply). Contracts are available (terms apply). Limited to a standard installation of max 30m).
Cancellations & migrations
If you decide to cancel or migrate, you’ll need to give us a full calendar months’ notice. Non-payment is not a valid cancellation. Depending on your preferred installation terms, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee and/or installation and setup costs. You’ll also have to return your free-to-use WiFi router in a good condition. If any of these items are damaged in any way or lost, you’ll be charged for them.
